Co- Founder/ Performing Artist
Filippo Pelacchi, co-Founder of FluxFlow Dance Project and native of Italy, left home at 16 to train in Roubaix, France. He danced professionally with Ballet Junior Geneve (Switzerland), Introdans (Netherlands), Gaertnerplatztheater (Munich, Germany) and is currently dancing with FluxFlow Dance Project. Over the course of his career, he danced the work of renowned choreographers Alexander Ekman, Nacho Duato, Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, Gustavo Ramirez Sensano, Jo Stromgren, Lucinda Childs, and Marko Goecke among others. He moved to Columbus, Ohio in 2017 to found the dance space Flux + Flow Dance and Movement Center with his husband and collaborator, Russell Lepley. Beyond a performer, he is an exceptionally passionate teacher and works to make dance accessible to all people.
